October 23rd was an exciting day for Boys' Haven of America, Inc. as our campus was filled with some amazing guests, residents and childcare workers for the 1st Annual Boys' Haven Halloween Party!!! This years' event was hosted at Boys' Haven, but it would not have been possible without the help of those in our community! This years' event provided a fun evening of Halloween festivities, sure to impress everyone of all ages! We owe a huge thank you to the GT Shockers, who provided cupcakes and candy for all of the guests! The GT Shockers also showed up in a big way, as they came dressed as zombies for our 'Haunted Hayride', which was also made possible by Tom & Sherry Hulon with John Deere who provided the tractor, trailer and hay!! The event didn't stop at the 'Haunted Hayride' though; Neches River Bounce generously donated the inflatables and sumo wrestling game, which proved to be a huge hit among all the kiddos! Praise Church provided all of the food, tables and chairs; Julie from St. Stephen's brought games and prizes for all of the guests and Peyton from St. Stephen's was our awesome DJ! We are so thankful to everyone who participated and contributed toward this years' event!! It was an evening full of games, music, face painting, food and fun for our residents and guests from Girls' Haven and Buckner Children's Village! We hope everyone enjoyed the 1st Annual Boys' Haven Halloween Party as much as we did and we're excited to make this event an annual affair!! Can't wait to see everyone again next year!!!
